One Painting by William Stewart (Bill) Ainslie (1934 – 1989) at the Origins Centre Museum



Recently The Origins Centre Museum opened an exhibition of one painting, ‘Farm Workers,’ by the late Bill Ainslie, a hugely influential artist, working in Johannesburg in the ’60s. Bill was instrumental in the founding of the Thupelo Cape Town Trust amongst other arts organizations. Bill Ainslie’s bio may be viewed at South African History online
